Californian Early (Artichoke) Seed Bulb

$7.50 incl. GST

Strong hitter from California’s garlic growing corridor.  A great cooking garlic, best suited to sautee or slow food styles – and I certainly love to make great fried garlic chips to add to my steamed broccoli using this one. Sharp, piquant flavours that stand up to strong ingredients and slow cooking. Despite its sharpness – it caramelises beautifully, giving a wonderful combination of sweet and sharp at the same time.
