I offer over 20 years experience in both broadacre and seed garlic production that has resulted in multiple garlic awards. I have been the past Chair of the Australian Garlic Industry Association and a commercial garlic consultant for more than 12 years and have real world industry and production experience across all climates, garlic groups and differing scales of production. I feel I have a lot to share and look forward to helping you start your commercial journey.

This interactive Webinar will be broken into four separate Webinars and will include:

Webinar 1 – Know your Market, Select your Sales Channels & Match your Garlic Groups
Webinar 2 – Rotation, Soil Preparation, Garlic Production, Tissue Testing, Seed optimisation
Webinar 3 – Vegetative and Bulbing Growth Cycles, Fertigation, Irrigation and Pest and Disease
Webinar 4 – Harvesting, Curing, Storage Process and Equipment, Seed Management

Webinars are held on weekends and consist of four separate sessions:
Saturday: 10:00-12:00pm and 1:00pm – 300pm EAST
Sunday:   10:00-12:00pm and 1:00pm – 300pm EAST

Once you’ve paid for the Webinar, we will email you the Zoom Meeting Invitation and login details as well as you first Session’s PDF a couple of days beforehand.

All sessions are recorded and will be made available for use by attendees after the course is complete. You will be given a digital copy of the training presentation in advance so you have time to read it and make the most of this great online offering.
