We are very excited to begin publishing a new range of folded, laminated guides and books available for Australian and International sales.  These have been created with love and passion for garlic and the hope to share garlic growing, culinary and cultural knowledge with all.

So much of our food is industrially grown and we sacrifice so much nutritional, medicinal and flavour quality to these methods.  We also lose the incredible diversity of cultural flavours and culinary styles that Garlic can offer and this is the opportunity to support all the Micro and Boutique garlic growers throughout the world who labour hard to bring these beautiful provincial and authentic garlic cultivars to you, or simply enjoy growing them yourselves.
