Creoles are one of the longest storing garlics with a natural dormancy of 12months – making Creoles (or Silverskins) an essential part of your growing program.
Mid-season harvesting, producing a vivid white bulb with amazing jewel coloured cloves with 7-10 plantable, wedge shaped cloves per radial shaped bulb.
Can be grown in all states and climates, however only in cooler, elevated regions in QLD and intolerant of humid conditions whilst bulbing.
Growth cycle is 6.5 – 7.5 months depending on climate.
French creoles often milder than Spanish Creoles and have amazingly complex flavour profiles, whilst Spanish Creoles are much stronger and often more hotter.
We have a wonderful collection of incredibly hot Creoles for those who really appreciate the heat in their garlics.
