They are a sweet and spicy garlic, with most genetics having come from the Asian regions and cultures that love sweet, spice and heat.

A mid-season harvesting garlic, storing for 6-8 months – so very suitable for Winter cooking styles. Radial pattern of clove and with 7-9 plantable cloves per bulb.
Grown in cooler regions of NSW, ACT, VIC, Sth SA, TAS and cooler regions of WA. Not suitable for QLD or Northern or Coastal NSW.
Growth cycle of 6.5 – 8.0 months depending on climate.
