New Cultivars

Each year we try to bring new cultivars to our increasing inventory of garlic.  Sometimes we are able to source existing cultivars, but we also have our own breeding program where ate naturally occurring mutations or develop new breeding lines through my true seed program.

The investment in our breeding programs is significant and can often take between 3-5 years to ensure healthy, vigorous and consistent bulb stock with great flavours.
