RARE PORCELAIN Unique cold-climate garlic that produces only 4 to 5 HUGE cloves with strong garlic flavours. Porcelains are more tolerant of wet soils and growing at altitude and can produce massive large bulbs with good 7-8 months of storage. For those that love large cloves and strong garlic flavours – this one is definitely for you. Music cultivar is particularly a more balanced Porcelain with both sweet and sharp flavours and a nice touch of heat. An all rounder this is suitable for raw, sautee, slow food and roasting.
Origin: The garlic is Russian in origin but taken to Canada via Italy
