Dolovsky (Artichoke) Seed Bulb

A wonderful provincial Artichoke from Poland, with fewer and larger cloves than other Commercial European Artichokes. Perfect mid-range sweet garlic flavours, little heat and without the sulphurous or acrid notes that commercial cultivars often have. Let me say again … huge cloves.
