Italian Sicilian (Silverskin) Seed Bulb


Italian Sicilian is another wonderful Italian Silverskin that exhibits a much stronger intensity than Locati, and with all the pungency and sharpness to demand it be noticed in any dish.  Works really well with Southern Italian dishes using olive oils and tomato bases with distinct presence.  An absolute must for having a long storing cultivar that will see you through to your next harvest after your main cooking garlic have finished.
