White Velvet (Albino Turban) Seed Bulb

Unlike the usual purple Turbans – this white garlic is actually an albino Turban with white bulb skin, clove skin and bulbils.  It has gentle, fruity, nutty flavours and just a touch of heat.  My favourite garlic for raw use and always surprises everyone with its gentle but serious presence.
