Long Sally is a blond clove coloured Silverskin, indicating a much stronger and sharper flavours.  Fewer and larger cloves makes this an attractive long storing (12 months+) garlic for those who value ane enjoy these stronger garlics. Strong plant that grows well in temperate climates.  Great winter cooker and dehydrating garlic.
