Italian Purple (Turban) Seed Bulb

The amazing Italian Purple (Turban) has the wonderful strong European strength and freshness required for wonderful Italian Summer cooking – strong, sharp and lively.  Great as a summer cooking garlic, caramelises beautifully in oil and has sufficient strength of flavour to stand up to strong ingredients, like spices and tomatoes.

Origin:  Provincial strain imported during Italian immigration to Australia in ’80s
