Garlic Aioli BLAST – Freeze Dried

All the same amazing flavours as our fresh Garlic Aioli BLAST but with the convenience of freeze dried so you can make your own Garlic Aioli BLAST when ever you want and as small or large a batch as you want.  Contains all the same three select garlic cultivars prepared in three separate ways – we just freeze dried the parmesan, lemon juice and parsley to allow it to be packaged and kept in the cupboard.

Mix 1 teaspoon of freeze dried Garlic Aioli BLAST with 1 tablespoon on your favourite mayonnaise – I love the Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise as it has the lovely malt vinegar flavours that go so well with this.  Let it sit for 10 minutes (better with 30 minutes) which lets all the freeze dried ingredients rehydrate in the mayonnaise to maximise the flavour.  Or make a larger batch and store in the fridge (even better the next day).

INGREDIENTS:  100% pure garlic organically grown on our farm, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, parsley and touch of salt.
