Garlic Aioli BLAST with Parmesan, Lemon and Parsley

Let me start by saying this Aioli is NOT your basic bland aioli with less than 2% garlic or garlic oil added.  This was made with those who want a BLAST of garlic rounded off with parmeson, lemon and parsley – the only recipe my friends constantly ask for.

This aioli is made with three different garlic cultivars, prepared three different ways and has 20% garlic.  Just look at all the garlic chunks and you’ll know that it is packed full of garlic flavours, in a tangy apple cider and malt vinegar mayonnaise, enriched and balanced with aged parmesan, fresh lemon juice, fresh parsley and just a touch of salt.  Nothing else added.  But it is the three select garlic cultivars, prepared in three different ways that gives it this amazing layering of sharp, sweet and caramelised garlic flavours.

This is mouth filling and amazing with everything – chips, vegetables, steak, fish, chicken … it will go fast.

We can’t make this all year – but give our Freeze Dried – Garlic Aioli BLAST with Parmesan, Lemon and Parsley a try – its a perfect match for our fresh, convenient and easy to make – just add one teaspoon to a 1/4 cup of Kewpie mayonnaise (or more if you want).
